3. Narrow down the problem, help us locate it; Is it related to 3d printing/plastic parts (CREATE.) or hardware/electronics (CONNECT.) or software/programming(CODE.)? post in the right category.

4. Describe with as much detail as possible. What do you expected to happen but actually happened? If you had tried to debug or trouble shoot, show us.

5. Attach a picture/screenshot of the issue or even better, a video of your problem, so we can actually see it.
